Our Story

In 2011, we launched Navigating for Success Inc., offering business consulting. This quickly evolved into peer coaching as a response to extensive research on organizational behaviour and first-hand experience. Quite frankly, more companies were expressing the same need – retention through creating a positive work environment.

Today, there’s an even greater emphasis on professional development and the constant upskilling of teams to address that need. That’s why our sole focus is on maintaining team motivation, engagement, and workplace satisfaction as SkillPair.
